We have Win2k3 R2 JPN and Exch 2k3 Sp3 JPN
Make suer You have reginal Setting In control panel Win2k3
"Regioal and Language Options"
Languages TAB Install files for East Asian Languages has checked
Also, Try change Advanced TAB, Language for Non-Unicode programs to Japanese
from English
Code Page Conversion Tables 10001 (MAC-Japanese) has check and rest of
Japanese has checked.
Check Exchange System manager
First organization(Exchange)
Recipients - Details Tamplates
Japanese Folder is exsisted
Can you see inside of folder has

$B%0%k!<%W(B
$B%Q%V%j%C%/%U%)%k%@(B
more
If you can not read the contents like "[][][][][][][][]"
then please add East Asian language in Regioal and Language option as I
discribe above
Content-Type: text/plain;
charset="iso-2022-jp"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit

Encodin:7bit may not work
7bit is not enough bit to display Jpn char

This might help.

Hi there,
From the OWA Admin tool, under character handling/encoding I have:
Use Regional Character Set - YES
Disable NCR Conversion - NO
Use GB18030 - NO
Use ISO-8859-15 - NO
I am not sure how to tell what has "changed" in the header part, so
have pasted the contents below. I hope this is ok.
