How do I expand all distribution lists in the To: section?

I have few groups, e.g "[+] BMW; [+] Audi; [+] Volks; [+] Koll;"

I want to exapnd all of them without having to press on each [+].

How do I do it?.
 
Sorry, you'll need to press the + to expand them. You can also use the

keyboard shortcut- context menu button, E - but each one needs expanded

separately. There isn't an Expand all command that I am aware of.
 
i need the keyboard shortcut for expanding the DL... also i didnt understand the part (keyboard shortcut- context menu button, E -)... can u explain the keyboard shortcut to expand the DL

the content menu button is the keyboard button that opens the context menu (it has a menu icon on it- it looks like a piece of paper). after you select the dl in the To field, press the context menu button and the top entry should be expand - or E.
 
Thank you for the reply. I understood the concept.. I need a help in VBA.. using VBA, I have opened a new e-mail window in outlook and pasted the address of DL in that. after that i dont know the vba code to expand it in the To field itself.

From your reply i understood that, we can click the DL -> use menu key -> and then click E to expand the DL.. But my doubt is, after pasting the DL mail address say (juice-wgs@topent.com) in the TO field, i will use CTRL+K to make it look like a DL list. then it will look like (+JUICE-WGS;). After that what keyboard shortcuts should we use to expand the list.
