I'm an IT support for a fairly large company. Need assistance with end users viewing .tiff attachments sent either internally or
externally and they're trying to open it directly from outlook 2007 which 99% of the time opens by windows picture and fax viewer.
They're able to see the first image, but out of the multiple images that the attachment consists of, that's the only image that comes up,
when moving the arrows next, they get a random image that they've opened before from attachment they've received that has nothing to do with the .tiff sent. I'm assuming it pulls it from C:\users\userid\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\Content.Outlook or some other location. When they "save as" the attachment and view it locally, none of these problems occur. They're able to view them all by selecting right arrow (next) icon in windows picture and fax viewer. I haven't come across any solutions to this issue. Having them save locally is not an option since they should be able to open it directly from the attachment. Someone must have come across such an issue out there, please help. Thx.
