Print Macro problem

I created some buttons for Word 2007 using macros. One sets the page setup options to print the 1st page to tray 3 (pre-printed letterhead) and the other pages to tray 2 (plain A4), then prints one copy, then changes the page setup back to the default trays. The other button prints one copy using tray 2.

This works perfectly in Word 2k7 and i've managed to add the macro to Outlook, but when the buttons are pressed, they do nothing. I think this has something to do with the way outlook emails print out in Memo format???

Does anyone have any ideas that can help me?
