I keep getting an error with my BlackBerry 9700 Desktop Software saying "

Microsoft Outlook Connector Error

No available message stores

I've uninstalled and reinstalled the Desktop several times. I have had no problems with my Office 2010 until today. I don't know what is happening and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Research In Motion has a knowledge base article for this:

http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/search.do?cmd=displayKC&docType=kc&externalId=KB20654

Overview

Microsoft® Outlook® 2010 is not supported with BlackBerry® Desktop Manager 5.0.1. As a result, the BlackBerry Desktop Manager might report that Microsoft Outlook is not installed, or it might not be able to open the message store.

Resolution

This is a previously reported issue that is being investigated by our development team. Support for Microsoft Outlook 2010 32-bit version will be available in the release of the BlackBerry Desktop Manager targeted for August 2010.

Kazakhbaku,

Blackberry has released the new version of Desktop Manager 6.0 that will allow you to sync with the 32-bit verion of MS Outlook 2010.

You can find the download here: http://na.blackberry.com/eng/services/desktop/

Unfortunately if you are running the 64-bit version of MS Outlook 2010, it is not yet supported by Blackberry Desktop Manager.

Best of luck! Jim.
