Bit annoyed with Microsoft as to get a quick answer on their error would cost me £46.00. Anyone got any idea how to esclate for free to tell them that in this case when recieveing the patch via email (as you have to do for this one) that the password does not work?

This is silly to have to pay to get this sort of thing sorted.

Hi Diane,

Yeah used copy and paste first making sure not to take the spaces and tried typing manually. Also got some colleagues to try downloading and they had the same issue. It is definitely that in this case the password is wrong. Also got some friends at another company to try it and they had the same issue. I did the password on the same day about five minutes after making the request:(

I got a friend who has used it to send me over an unzipped version and now applying it across the estate.

Thanks for replying it is much appreciated:)

It's not the first time a hotfix password was bad. :)
