Small Exchange 2010 DAG

Thinking of setting up, for a customer, a two node DAG as follows:

Server 1 - Server 2008 Enterprise, Exchange 2010 Std - Mailbox & DAG member
Server 2 - Server 2008 Enterprise, Exchange 2010 STd - Mailbox & DAG member
Server 3 - Server 2008 Std, Exchange 2010 Std - HT, CAS with WIndows Load Balancing
Server 4 - Server 2008 Std, Exchange 2010 Std - HT, CAS with WIndows Load Balancing
Server 5 - Server 2008 Std - file/print - FILE SHARE WITNESS for DAG

now I know that I can bypass server 3 & 4 and add the CA & HT roles to SERVER 1 & 2 and use a hardware load-balancer, right?

My big question is what happens if I lose the FSW since it is not configured for HA? Keeping in mind that this is only a 2 node DAG..

Thanks ahead of time!

If you lose the FWS the cluster will still have a quorum majority (2 out of 3 nodes) so the DAG will remain online.Brian Day, Overall Exchange & AD Geek
