When I am on the internal network the browser gives a certificate error but ives me the option to proceed anyway, if I do proceed a blank page occurs and the adress is " https://arwen/owa/auth/logon.aspx?url=https://arwen/owa/&reason=0" arwen is our mail server. This is a brand new 2010 install on a new 2008 SP2 server installation. I have re-created the certificate, it's self signed, if this is a problem please help me to buy one or tell me how I can fix it. But at the moment the blank page is my problem. I have checked all relevant components and all seem working correctly and created right. All normal mail is working well, please help me get OWA online. Much appreciated. S

Hi Shawn,

This issue may caused by failed installation of the RU3, therefore, I suggest you uninstall the RU3, then take some time to monitor to see if the issue will reoccur. If this issue will not reoccur, please reinstall the RU3.

Kannan,

Thanks for your help! So I will uninstall RU3, then see if the OWA website works? I will try that now, it did not work before RU3. Will uninstall quickly and check if it works, wil reply.

Hi Shawn,

Whether you have done any HTTP redirection in the exchange CAS server. if so
Open the IIS go th the default website Re-HTTP options and check for redirect to the /owa & check the box the URL should match exactly same. similar go through all website under default website Re-HTTP option and uncheck he redirections

Hi

i am experiencing the exact same issues at a client. the strange this is, if i turn off FBA, I can logon fine. As soon as I turn on FBA, when I hit the site, I get a blank page. I have clicked on the error at the bottom of the screen, and get this:

Webpage error details

User Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 8.0; Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; Trident/4.0; SLCC2; .NET CLR 2.0.50727; .NET CLR 3.5.30729; .NET CLR 3.0.30729; Media Center PC 6.0; InfoPath.3)
Timestamp: Wed, 26 May 2010 12:24:19 UTC
Message: Syntax error
Line: 1
Char: 1
Code: 0
URI: https://webmail.xxxxx.net/owa/14.0.694.0/scripts/premium/flogon.js

There are no errors reported anywhere.

I have installed rollup 3 successfully, and still this error.

I have even copied the scripts folder from another 2010 server, with Rollup 3, and still no success.

we are running on Server 2008 R2

thanks

OK, so i have managed to fix the problem.

We uninstalled update Rollup 3, restarted the server and did a re-install of Rollup 3. This still did not work.

We un-installed Rollup 3 again, restarted and installed Rollup 2. Everything is working. I am going to leave it for a while before trying to upgrade to Rollup 3 again, or else wait for a rollup 4
