Hi all.

We have 2 active directory sites.

AD Site1 --> 1-HUBCAS, 1-MB (Hubcas and MB are diferent servers).

AD Site2 --> 1-HUBCAS, 1-MB (Hubcas and MB are diferent servers).

We doesn´t any cluster between Exchange Servers.

We have an Outlook 2007 client in Site1 and when I move its mailbox to Mailbox Server in Site2 its profile doesn´t update.

Thanks for comments.

Hi,

When moving the mailbox, the Autodiscover will be responsible for updating the profile for Outlook 2007 client.

What's the version of Exchange server? Does only one user have this issue? What happen when recreating the Outlook profile of the problematic user? Can a test user update the profile when moving the mailbox from Site1 to Site2?

Please understand that two of attributes are used to re-home Exchange server for the moving user, HomeMDB and msExchHomeServerName. So you need to confirm whether the value of that two attributes has been changed to MB of AD site2 by using ADSI Edit tool.

Below is the article for your reference:

Hi,

What's the version of Exchange server? Exchange 2007 SP2.

Does only one user have this issue? yes, we need test before move all mailboxes.

What happen when recreating the Outlook profile of the problematic user? Let me try this.

In the other hand yesterday outlook profile was update automatically but it take 5 days. :(

any comment ??

Please check if the AD Replication between all DC's is working fine? AD replication issues will cause delay in rehoming of the mailbox attributes.Sumanth G

Hi,

From the symptom, the most likely cause of the issue is the delay problem on the AD replication.

Please try to move anothe user, then use ADSI Edit tool to find the HomeMDB and msExchHomeServerName attributes, check whether the value is changed to new site.

Thanks

Allen
