If you can see the content while online but not in cached mode, then the cache is not up to date for whatever reason.

Hi,

From your information, I understand that the some calendar items are missing in Outlook but is fine in OWA.

For this issue, please view the calendar items using an Online Mode profile with the By Category view. If you can see that, the problem is more than likely caused by a corrupted view.

1, Start Outlook with the user's online mode profile.
2, Select the Calendar module in the navigation pane.
3, Switch over to the view where you cannot see the item.
4, On the View menu point to Current View and then click Customize Current View, click By Category.

Do you see the missing items in that manner?

If it is, please reset the user's view in the Customize View dialog box and then click Reset Current View.

Thanks

Allen
