apointments appear to be from assistant instead of manager (exch2007)

the assistant creates apointments but somehow sometimes the apointments contain just the assistant and not the manager

Hi,

How did you grant permission to assistant to manage the manager's calendar,from outlook or grant permission from Exchange Server?

How did the assistant create appointment? Logon his own mailbox and then open managers mailbox? Changing the from address when you create the appointment?

Where did you check that appointment ? From assistant calendar? From Manager's calendar? From attendee's calendar?

Besides, please verify it the issue occur when you use OWA.
