Print Calendar monthly view without test wrapping (?) for start and end time appointments.

When I print a monthly calendar view in Outlook 2007 those events with appointment times print out with all their detail vs a single line for all-day events. How can I adjust the print settings to eliminate this detail and only get a single line entry (fyi: this was possible last month before I installed Office 2010 for Students & Home, keeping Outlook 2007)?

Try the steps given below to change the print style to "Monthly style" and verify if the appointments are printed without details:

1) Click on File > Print

2) Select "Monthly Style" under Print Style

You may also download and install the latest version of Calendar Printing Assistant for Outlook 2007 which allows several modifications for Calendar Printing.

I don't think it Outlook 2010 had a thing to do with it - a recent update appears to have changed the behavior (for the worse). I don't know yet which update did it, but check Programs and Features in Windows Control panel for recently installed Office or Outlook updates.

The behavior changed as a result of a recent Microsoft security update (Microsoft has released security bulletin MS10-045):http://support.microsoft.com/kb/980376

Uninstall the update, and text wrapping functionality will be removed.

Cheers.

The update released monday includes the fix for Outlook 2007.
