Does anyone here know if it's possible to have a truly centralized list of Safe Senders in Outlook 2010?
Details of the headache the new per account "feature" is causing me:
- I have configured Outlook with a single profile for handling all my POP3 mail.
- I have four seperate POP3 accounts configured within the profile
-- All accounts are hosted on the same server, but kept seperate with different usernames & passwords for security reasons (bills in one, personal messages in another, mailing lists in the third, online shopping for the fourth)
- All the accounts are configured to deliver their mail to the same Inbox in the same PST file
Now the problem with the "feature" shows up:
- Each account keeps a seperate list of names for the Junk Mail options.
- If you use the Junk drop down to look at the list from the main menu / Inbox, it only displays the items for the "default" account on the Inbox.
- If you want to see the Junk list for the account in question, you have to open up the email all the way, & then pick the junk drop down from inside the email.
Does anyone know how to disable the per account lists & make it per profile?
