RULE ERROR: CANNOT REPLY TO MESSAGE

I have Outlook 2010 I am trying to set a Vacation Auto Reply Rule to my incoming emails. I set it up correctly, but when an email comes in it errors saying " cannot reply to message" when it attempts to reply the outgoing message to the sender. I have been connected to a Microsoft Rep and they didnt' seem to know what was the issue. Is it with my email provider. 'Charter' Or is it an issue on my side? Let me know who had this issue and how they resolved it. I need it set ASAP! Thanks!

Delete the existing rule for Auto-reply and then try the steps suggested under the Resolution section in KB 2028839.

The action to select 'have server send reply' I don't even have the option. I have Outlook 2010, not 7. Any other ideas? I've tried deleting multiple times and making a new rule the same way; still getting the error......
