Setting the default format setting for forwarded messages and replies.

It seems that the only default setting that is available is for newly created messages. I wish to use the HTML format for all of my messages, including replies and forwards. It seems as though plain text is forced. I can change when the reply or forward is initiated, but I'd much rather set this as a default like I could in previous office versions. I am using Office 2007. Please help!!!

Outlook uses the format of the orginial message - you'll need to change it per message if you want to use HTML. We don't recommend it - the recieptient usually has reasons for using plain text - either their client can't do html or they pay by the MB for internet (many smartphones fit both descriptions).
