I keep getting outlook connector sync errors #4201 Client. Invalid folder name.

I keep getting the following error when outlook connector automatically or manually syncs, how can I fix this:

If this happened to me, I'd delete the account, stop and restart Outlook, and recreate the account.

This worked for me, but I also deleted a sub-directory that may have been the problem.
