Outlook unable to receive email, but the email is in the webmail's inbox.



I set up office 2010 running on Win 7 pro. The previous setting for outlook 2003 were mail.servername.org (POP and SMTP) with standard ports of 25 and 110. When I started swapping out the XP Pros running outlook 2003 with WIN 7 Pros running outlook 2010 I noticed that I was unable to send and receive an email unless mail server's name was changed to internal IP address, though old PCs were still able to receive emails. Just to add I used migration wizard to migrate settings, docs, etc from XP Pro to WIN 7 Pro.
