We have a mail enabled public folder for certain PDF files sent to us. Users can see the emails and access them but many of them (not all!) cannot open the .PDF attachments. This is Exchange 2003 running on Windows Server 2003.
I have checked the ESM for the properties of the folder(s) and they're set to author rights (can Delete, Read, own their own items and delete their own). What else do I need to set to let all users read/display these attachments (they're using Outlook 2003)??
