Cannot accept meetings sent to IMAP account

I have an IMAP account configured. When someone sends me a meeting invite, I cannot accept it. I have to drag the item from the IMAP inbox to the inbox of "Personal Folders" before it will allow me to accept the item.

Is there a way to fix this?

I can't repro it. How many accounts are in your profile? What pst file is set as default?


I have one e-mail account, the IMAP account.

I have two data files. One is for the IMAP account and the other is "Personal Folders.pst" The Personal one is set as the default. The IMAP one does not allow itself to be set as default, the button is grayed out if I select it.

When we emulate this issue, we are able to accept the request.

This is some thing to do with the server settings for the email account (IMAP).

Try creating a new profile in Outlook and check.
