I have set up Outlook 2007 BCM with Accounts (each containing generic information about a company, such as name and mailing address) and Business Contacts (each containing specific information about an individual that works at (and is linked to) a company in the Accounts list; information is full name, title, department, phone number, fax number, email address, etc.).
What I'm trying to do is perform a mail merge that will insert the Account (company) name and address as well as the name and phone/fax number of a corresponding linked Business Contact - I haven't been able to determine how the two are linked, thus I cannot perform this merge.
As an example, let's say I have an Account for ABC Industries at 123 Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210, and the Business Contact I deal with is Joseph Schmoe, Product Engineer in the Quality Assurance department, with fax number 800-555-9999 . . . I need to fill out a fax quote template:
FOR : ABC Industries
TO : Mr. Schmoe, Product Engineer
DEPARTMENT : Quality Assurance
LOCATION : 123 Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills, CA 90210
FAX : 800-555-9999
Anyone have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?
