I have a user that is continually receiving the enter network password screen. Now we have already saved the password several times and we have even changed the password on the account. I have already created a new profile for the user and switched her to it and the problem continues. I have contacted the company that hosts our email, (POP3) and they are not seeing any problems with the account. This is truly starting to drive me crazy and I need to get this figured out. I have checked the DNS, firewall, and her set up of Outlook to ensure that there is not something that I am overlooking.
Also, the user has the email going to her mobile device and sometimes the mobile device does not receive any emails, I am wondering if the problem might be there.
