Computer crashed. Lost Outlook Emails

Not open for further replies.

My computer crashed. I have windows xp. Is there any way to get my emails. I have charter for my email server, but open outlook to receive them. Once I open outlook they leave the charter account & go to my computer and I can no longer access them over the internet. Please help. Is there any hope that they can be retrieved?

If you can still access the hard drive from the computer look for one or more .PST files and copy those to your new computer. That's where your Outlook data is.

Thank you. I will be taking it to Best Buy. I can't get computer to load windows, it just keeps looping back to a cannot load windows screen. Hopefully, the Geek Squad can get it off the hard drive.

Thank you for your help.
