Managing / Sorting Address Book Contacts into groups

Windows XP Home Edition enabled contacts to be sorted by options eg Company. Windows 7 Office Home & Business does not appear to allow. I used to be able to select all contacts from a particulat company. This now does not seem possible without Business Contact Manager. Is this correct? Or do I use team e-mail - then how do I link this to the contacts imported to address book from XPHome
