I am having trouble opening opening links with in an e-mail.

I am running Outlook 2007 with Windows 2007 for Home use.

When I try to try to open hyperlinks I get the following message:

Windows can"t open this file:
File: 7?euid=2e8f5f615b0645199ac5ca6ebe88d7c8&loc=http%3A%2
To open this file, Windows needs to know what program you want to use to open it. Windows can go on line to look it up automatically, or you can manually select from a list of programs that are installed on your computer
What do you want to do?
• Use the Web service to find the correct program.
• Select a program from a list of installed programs

Using the 1st option points me to purchasing additional software

When I tried using the 2nd option I could not find a program that would work.

If it's a hyperlink to a web site when you choose the 2nd option you should choose Internet Explorer. (or whatever your default browser is)

Are you having this issue with a specific hyperlink or all hyperlinks?

As mentioned by Ben you need to choose the correct program to open the file.
