Just since this morning, I can no longer create contacts, calendar entries or tasks if I'm working ONLINE. I can create them if I go OFFLINE and they will be saved when I go back ONLINE, but, of course, that is not a viable workaround. I cannot find anyone to help me at Microsoft. They tell me I will have to pay for EXCHANGE support. My ISP (GoDaddy) says it's a Microsoft issue. Microsoft says its an ISP Exchange issue. I've been able to find a little bit of information by an online search, but find nothing specific to this problem for 2010. Please help!
