Victor Eisenstein of PC - PC
I have a client who deleted the Business Contact Manager from Outlook 2007 (in order to speed up the computer), not realizing that ALL 800 of her contacts were in the SQL Express 2005 database. Now she can't contact her clients. She neglected to export her files to the .BCM format, so I have the files still in the SQL .MDF & .LDF format.
She also uninstalled SQL Express 2005. I at least need to pull the contact information out of these files, but I'd like to get BCM working again.
I tried re-installing SQL Express 2005, but it won't come up.
In desperation, I set up virtual PC with XP Pro using virutal PC 2007 in order to setup a "clean version" of XP w/o leftover ____ from the SQL Express & BCM un-install. Still no luck.
