auto expand all folders and subfolders in the inbox

hi, can anyone tell me how to keep my inbox folders and subfolders expand every time i open up my outlook 2010?

When filing mail into a sub-folder, is there a way to set up Outlook (2010) to allow me to start typing the folder name and have it be available (Blackberry does this when filing mail)




In other words, the sub-folder name is 'Table' and it is within a folder entitled 'Furniture' - unless I have previously expanded 'Furniture' I cannot just start typing 'table' and have Outlook find it so I can file it.




Suggestions?
