OWA - Dead GUI, Won't open inbox messages.

Hello. I was recently dumped with some server admin duties after our old admin left, and since have had OWA die on me. I sorted out a permissions issue that was preventing access to our remote login, which now functions fine. However, once you click Check Email to load OWA, it appears like this:

And every one of the links is dead. I haven't found an error code on event viewer that seems like it might pertain to this issue and am quite stuck. Has anyone run into this issue before or does anyone have any possible solutions/checks I could perform?
