We use the calendar to request vehicles and conference rooms. One of the delegates to that recieved the requests to be able to approve the request is no longer with the company. The person's email account was deleted in microsoft exchange, and now we are getting undeliverable emails because this person email is no longer valid. How do we remove this delegate. Also in Users where the email is set up the vehicle and conference rooms emails are not seen. Unless they are in a group. How do we remove this email from all areas of outlook and the windows server?
