Lost calendar when upgrading from Beta to MS Office 2010

I lost all my appointments as I upgraded to the purchased version of Office 2010 Home & Business. All my email is there but the calendar is blank. Is there a way to recover? I di run a full backup of my computer using Windows but don't know how to open or find that file. Please help!

Search for the .PST file in the system and check to do this follow the below mentioned steps: 1. Click Start->computer->click on Organize tab at the top left. 2. Folder and search options->click on the View tab at the top. 3. Select Show hidden files and folders. 4. Uncheck Hide extension for known file types and Hide empty drives in computer folder. 5. Click ok. 6. Search for the PST file . 7. If you are able to fine the PST file not the location. 8. Open Outlook->file->Outlook data file and browse to the PST location. 9. Select the PST file and click open and check if it contains the calendar data.
