I have several contact groups that I need to export to excel. I've copied all of the contact groups to a new Contact Folder "Mkt Contacts". When I select the "Mkt Contacts" I see all of my contact groups, I can open them and I can use them to send an email to the group. I need to export all of the contact groups in the "Mkt Contacts" folder to an excel file and then use the excel file to update another database. I've attempted to follow the instructions in the MS Article ID: 290859 (http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290859). An excel file is created but all it contains is the header and no contacts. All together I have about 1000 contacts in the groups thus it too much effort to retype all of the contact infomation. Suggestions?
