I am getting delayed and failed delivery notices for messages to every day contacts. It is causing some problems. Thanks

What is the type of account configured in outlook (POP3, IMAP, Exchange or outlook connector)?

Try sending a test email to yourself and check if you receive?

Login to the webmail and see if you are able to send and receive emails.

Click on file->account settings->Click on the account->Change->click on test account settings
