The easiest way to save the CONTACTS to a Cd (the addressbook in Outklook is merely a VIEW of yoiur CONTACTS folder) is to close Outlook and save a copy of the pst file.

If the pst file is too big for a CD then in Outlook create a new pst file (File-New-Outlook Datqa File) and COPY the contacts to the new personal folders file. Close Outlook and copy that file to the CD.
