How can I set up outlook to give me a popup of an appointment or task that will popup on booting up or will popup whatever I am doing when the appointment is scheduled??? The popup should override any program that I am currently working on.. It would act like an email notifier. The ones I have in Incredimail post on the screen at any time.

Have you tried setting a Reminder on the appointment or Task? If you open the appointment or task item the Set Reminder option should be right there on the screen.
