I recently had to have my computer dumped and reloaded. I reinstalled MS Office 2003 Small Business Edition. Had to redo the settings to get my contacts as address book for Outlook but am having one major problem. I can not get any emails to populate my inbox without clicking sned/recieve on toolbar. It is supposed to automatically send/recive upon starting Outlook but it does not. It also does not receive any emails while it is open without my clicking send/receive. I downloaded the instructions on Outlook 2003 Solution Center and tried to reset but still does not work. Any idea how to resolve?
