How do I create a signature like this:

square image information over here
some of the information will have hyperlinks

I tried a business card but it doesn't accept hyperlinks. I want to put my Twitter link and a link to my website.

I purchased Outlook 2010 separate from my Office 2010 and I use Windows 7 64bit.

Thanks,

Debbie
