I have several users who work with a 3rd party DMS called Civica. 2 users out of several hundred are unable to get the 3rd party app to see unread emails from a certain date up until present day. The date it fails from is the date i created a new mail profile for them. The 3rd party are asking me to compare profiles with a user who can do the work without a problem and i have no answer because it only happened since i recreated the mail profile. is there anything in Outlook that could cause this corruption? it can be fixed by recreating the profile, but then a few days later they are again unble to import mail. The error message from the 3rd party software suggests it isn't seeing any unread mail for the last few weeks.
