I just got a new office machine with Office 2010 installed. On my previous machine I had Office 2003. Our office uses Gmail Business Solutions for our e-mail.
My previous setup in Outlook 2003 had Gmail set up with POP access. All my e-mail was stored in a rather large (700MB) .PST file, and my archived mail was in an even larger (4 GB+) archive .PST file.
Now with my new machine and new Outlook 2010, I decided to go with the IMAP setup for Gmail access, since it will better integrate read and unread mail with my iPhone (also set up on IMAP).
The problem is that I still need to be able to access all the old mail from the PST and archive PST files I was using on my old machine. What's the best way to do this?
