Help, I cannot seem to resolve this error that just started showing up. Cannot synchronize with the Outlook profile you are using, because a different profile was previously set up or the profile is password-protected.

Please open Outlook using the appropriate profile.

Are you trying to sync your device with Outlook?

If yes, try creating a new partnership between outlook and your device, and verify its status.

Note: backup outlook and your device data before performing any troubleshooting steps.

If new partnership did not resolve the issue try creating a new profile for outlook and then establish the partnership with the new profile. Click here for information on creating outlook profiles.
