Export settings to another PC



I have two PC's with exactly the same OS (W7) and Office (2010).

I've personilized the settings in Outlook on one of the PC's. How to export all settings easy to the other PC?

I do not want to make the same settings for every column (from, to, date, enclosure, etc.)in every account and in every map; I want to set ALL columns in all my accounts & in all maps in one single operation. How to do?
