Original Title: Problem with Outlook 2010 on Windows XPP machine
I am a reseller and I recently instaled and activated MS Office 2010 Home and Business edition on a new computer running on Windows XP Pro. The issue is that after restoring data from easy file transfer, I can't do anything with outlook. I get an error message to update the profile, but then when I click OK it takes me right out. The old computer was using an imap profile, is that the problem? Do I need to reinstall outlook and then setup a new profile, and will this process keep the contact and email transferred?
