Help! Running Outlook 2010....merged mail from old laptop to new and now I have three separate sections.

Favorites with only sent and deleted folders, my email acct with inbox only, personal section with inbox/draft and delete. My new emails come into my email acct inbox but I can't delete it. I also can't create a new deleted folder...won't let me. I just want these three sections merged into one! HELP!

How exactly did you go about this "merge"? If you used Outlook's import/export tool to merge from old .PST files, you very likely corrupted your Outlook profile. What you should probably do is:

1. Start with a fresh Outlook Profile .
2. With Outlook closed on the old machine, copy your .PST files from the old machine to the new machine and put them in a folder where they will NOT overwrite any existing files.
3. Start Outlook 2010 on the new machine and Reconnect your old Outlook data files using 'File tab|Open|Open outlook Data Files'.
4. Once that's done, you can drag and drop contents to suit.
