Problems Sending Publisher Mail Merge Newsletters Through Outlook.

I am having problems sending out MS Publisher mail merge messages. They sit in my " sent" file in Outlook but are never delivered to the recipient. All other messages I send out are delivered.

If the messages are in the Sent Items folder, then they have been sent, as far as Outlook can tell. Outlook received an acknowledgement from the outgoing server that it has taken delivery of the message and that further delivery is the server's responsibility. The messages have left Outlook if they are in Sent Items. Had you said they were in Outbox, then you'd have a problem. As it is, Outlook is no longer in the picture.

One common cause of this is scanning mail with an antivirus program. Uninstall your AV program completely and reinstall it without any mail scanning feature. Test again.
