We cannot receive emails, get a message saying our mailbox is full

We had a trial version of Outlook but have now installed and registrered Office Professional Plus2010 but now cannot receive any emails.

That message is from your mail providers server.

You need to log on via webmail and delete some messages .

Thanks Gordon. I have been using Outlook Express for >15 years so am surprised that, with only a handful of emails in my new Shiney Outlook it is over capacity. Is there a way for me to increase the size?

You misunderstand. It's not the mailbox on your PC that is full, it's the mailbox on your mail provider's mail server..

Have you set Outlook to keep a copy of mail on the server? If so did you also set a time to delete old emails?
