Error Message 0x80041054 on Receiving emails from Comacast

I installed Outlook 2010 using XP. I set up my email profile both manually and autoconfigure. Outlook show receiving emails from my Comcast mailbox. Then displays 'receiving error 0x80041054. What is the problem with the setup? Why don't the messages end up in my inbox on Outlook?

That error looks like it may be from your AV program. (It's not one I am used to seeing with Outlook.) Are you running the latest version or an older edition of Norton AV?
