I have a small guest house, and since getting Outlook 2010, I have religeously added every enquiry to my contacts list .... and categorised them as "guest list" .
Now I want to send an email to every one of them (in my "guest list" category) but I don't know how. I have got a couple of books on Office 2010 and can't find anything in there either. It would also be nice not to see a great long list of recipients on the email when I do find out how to send it. Is there an easy way to do this ???
