I have a user in my environment that receives emails from 1 or 2 senders and they print very small.
These are trade emails that he has subscribed to that are produced in HTML format. It seems to only affect these two senders and all other HTML emails print fine such as those sent from users in-house.
The first time I encountered this I determined the root issue and explained to him that this is due to the coding of the HTML within the message and that it's the sender's fault. Now it's come up again and he's not accepting that it's the senders fault so I'm trying to make sure that I have my bases covered or if there is a work around before I approach him again. Oh..and it's my boss.
Anyone else encounter this? If so, How did you handle it?. I could force him to receive all emails as Plain Text but then he won't get "pretty" emails....
With regard to our environment, we are a Ctirix shop running Exchange 2003 with Outlook 2003 and Outlook runs in Online Mode.
