Cant download from office PKC

Hi,
I bought a PKC(Product Key Code) for use with Microsoft Office Home And Business.
The problem is that I cant download the software.The download link from www.office.com/productkeycard doesnt work.Neither does the one from www.office.com/backup ...
What do I do now ??? I have key code but I cant get software ?
I need x64 version.Where can I get it from another source ???

I tried connecting using a proxy and got past that page, but when I try to download , I get this :
Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error Description: An application error occurred on the server.
