I configure cas array for one site.I use wild card certificate.

But after this configuration only some part of my users are receiving " Exchange is unavailable" error. Also if i configure new mailbox with cas array name i recieve same error. But if i use cas fqnd , it works.

On NLB, i used tcp135 and 1024-65565 range.

Configuring a new mailbox using cas array is using another port or something?

Hi,

Yes, we need to use FQDN of CAS array.

Do you use outlook anywhere?

What configuration that you have done?

Outlook will try to connect to Exchange Server via autodiscover service. They connect to the RPC Client Access service which then talks to Active directory and Mailbox server.

You will want to add ports 80 and 443 for Autodiscover, OWA etc.
