we have granted the user 'Standard' on every mailbox toplevel the permission 'Folder Visible' and on the folder Calendar the permiisons 'Read and folder visible'. Reason for this was that every one should see the calenar items (read it (not only subject/locaton and only availablity was not enough!).
We have Exchange 2010 implemented and changed this setting after migration of all the mailboxes.
When we create a new mailbox the user 'Standerd' has not the correct settings. Is there a workaround so that every newly created mailbox gets the correct setting? (offcourse we can use powerscript afterwards; but that's not so handy and if some uses EMC directly it's not changed either).
